Controlled Speedlining of large branches over the garden to the open lawn. The tree's base was down the hill approximately 15' below Colin. Here Colin is guiding the butt of the limb over the raspberries, as the limb's descent down the speedline is controlled by climber Sean in tree up and 30' to the left. Ben is controlling the tension of the speedline near the chipper, 50' to the right. We used rigging to utilize gravity to our advantage by moving the limbs toward the chipper rather than lowering to the base of the tree and dragging uphill.
